The 26th Annual LBUSD High School Band Spectular will take place on Tuesday, November 25th, at the Cabrillo High School Stadium.                               Seniors: The filing period for the CSU's is Oct.1 - Nov. 30th, and for the UC's is Nov.1 - Nov. 30th.                        "Dance is Life" come support the Cabrillo dance department on November 20th and November 21st. Tickets are on sale now.                                  Canned Food Drive begins Wednesday Nov. 24th and ends on Monday Dec. 15th at 12:00 noon. This annual canned food drive benefits families within our community.                    Come out and support the Cabrillo Kings and Queens of Drama as they bring Shel Silverstein to life! Tickets are only $5.00 and can be purchased starting Friday, November 21st in the Black Box (room 201) during lunch and nutrition.

Specialized Academy of Computer Media, Arts & Animation
Specialized Academy of Computer Media, Arts and Animation is a four year high school program preparing students for college and careers in computer media and animation. Students are housed in an academic family structure and are supported in the implementation of multimedia tools in their core subjects

Students receive all classes necessary for transfer to a four year university, and on graduation receive an electronic portfolio of their work on DVD and a skill certificate listing the technical skills they have mastered.

Admission Requirements:

-2.0 GPA
-A one page typed essay explaining students' interest in computer media & animation
-Three original drawings
